A New Beginning

Hello, there! I’m Heather!

You might be wondering why I have decided to help those who are heartbroken. The answer to that, my dear, is because I have recently through a breakup that was totally unexpected. As you can probably tell, it wasn’t my idea.

I cried. I screamed. I called up friends. I slept. I cried some more.

Repeat for one week.

I was in such a state of shock, I could barely remember a thing. That whole week was just one big, tear stained blur. Afterwards, I talked to one of my guy friends and he gave me the harsh reality. He helped me look at the situation for what it really was and helped me find strength within myself. I immediately felt better about the breakup and started moving on with my life. I started taking care of myself and spending time with family and friends. I made some major choices and shifts in my life that I wouldn’t have been able to make if I was still with my boyfriend.

In the midst of reinventing and loving my life, I realized that everyone, at some point or another, will experience a breakup. Would they experience the same “screw this crying over some guy, I’m still going to kick ass and conquer the world” attitude like I did? What if people end up getting stuck or are left to pick up the pieces of their broken heart alone? What if I could help people transition out of a breakup to be something more?

That is exactly what I’m striving to do. I’m on a mission to inspire the brokenhearted to find the strength within themselves to be unbreakable.

Would it be easy? Probably not.

Would it take work? You bet.

Is it worth it? ABSOLUTELY!
